Taking care of our employees’ health and wellness will always be a top priority. Our team has access to a confidential line for counselling services that are available 24/7. All employees are also offered 20 days fully paid sick leave in addition to other leave and medical accommodation.

Whether you’re staying in for the postman or calling in from another country, Commonplace is here to support you! Our daily start and end times are flexible and we set up all our employees with the tools they need to be comfortable and productive when working remotely.

We provide 26 company holiday days in addition to 8 bank holidays and discretionary Christmas closure days each year.
